This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Of The Earth Canna, LLC and its affiliates (“OTEC”, “Us”, “Our”, or “We”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.OfTheEarthCanna.com and mobile and other applications, and any other services where this Website Privacy Policy is posted (“Site”). This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) applies to the Site and communications generated via the Site, and by providing personally identifiable information to us or by using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. The Site and the information provided in this Policy is solely intended for Users within the United States of America.

This Privacy Policy is governed by our Terms of Use, which is also available on our Site. If there are any inconsistencies between our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy controls.

USE BY MINORS

WEB BROWSER COOKIES

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
