As a Vice President of Operations, Mondo is responsible for overall store performance and compliance. His role includes, but is not limited to:

• Determining the steady-state of service processes, analyze, and improve them using best practices of operations management
• Delivering a harmonized operations strategy to retail leaders and teams
• Ensuring written operating procedures and day-to-day systems comply with state regulations and license requirements
• Collaborating with supply partners in each market, and align procurement with the goals of the organization
• Serving local team members to ensure they have the resources needed to succeed in their current roles and meet or exceed their goals
