Marvin Springer is an Afro-Caribbean American, born to parents who migrated from the island of Barbados. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Marvin attended some of the best New York City schools and obtained a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the City University of New York (CUNY). While in college, Marvin worked in retail banking and quickly became passionate about the world of finance which led him getting to promoted to an Assistant Branch Manager. After college, Marvin set his sights on Wall Street where he not only managed financial operations and budgets, but improved operational processes and created new technological efficiencies.

With over 20 years of experience working for several Wall Street banks, Marvin has cross-functional experience in strategy and product development across various aspects of investment banking. He has expertise in defining long-term vision, building corresponding viable products, and providing an enhanced client experience. With a recent focus on Financial Technology (FinTech), Marvin is an impassioned program manager with a steady drive to engage and understand others, while consistently challenging on how to continuously improve, adapt, and surpass business objectives.
