With 20 years of professional experience, Kara is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention and motivation solutions that help companies harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets; their people. She is dedicated to creating robust corporate cultures that promote continuous business growth and cultivate customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best to the job. Having started on her career path with Planned Parenthood, Kara spent six years in customer service centric roles, learning the importance of communication, collaboration and teamwork for the business while studying at Barnard College, and Columbia University. After earning her Masters Degree with concentration in Science Literacy, Kara put her experience and knowledge to practice by becoming one of the most sought after educational consultants in the academic field.
Most recently Kara served as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Ambassador where she integrated and advocated for DEI in school settings. Facilitating partnerships with parents, educators, and administrators, Kara instructs on how to become self-aware of personal biases and build awareness among their students. This Ivy-Leaguer looks forward to investing her time and energy in people.
